Weighed in at 164.2 and this was after a night of drinking 4 beers and 2 shots! I did, however, run 4 miles this morning. Slowly but surely, I will reach my goal. No shortcuts, no instant solution. Just good ole' working to get to my goal. I mean, I could cut out the bar food and just eat hippie food all day, but where is the challenge!
Lissa, you better get on the ball. I know it is your bday so eat some cake! A lot of cake!!!
