Ben and Lissa are old high school friends who are having a competition they thought up on the spur of the moment to see which of them can lose 10 pounds the fastest. It's fun! Then winner gets to design an embarrassing T-shirt and the loser has to wear it in public.

No kidding! I can't figure it out either. Last night I had like 5 beers and 1.5 slices of pizza. I guess reaching for cheese only instead of pepperoni really made all the difference.

hmmm daily pictures, huh. Well, don't forget, you have to keep the weight off for 2 weeks before it is official :-) I can easily do 6 lbs in a day if I want...watch out ;-)

Ben, daily pictures is the RULE! If you do not take a picture every day you will have to forfeit the competition. It is okay if you cannot post them every day (if you are for instance staying in a cabin in the wilderness with no internet connectivity for the next two weeks); but you should still be taking the photo to post when you are able to.

Well, I guess you would not have to forfeit... but you have to have a daily trail of evidence to prove the weight has been kept off for 2 full weeks to win. Plus, if you post every day it will make the contest more interesting and more scientific.

sorry was busy. You can just write down the weight ;-) The daily pics are only valuable to verify that you kept it off AFTER you lose 10lbs. Anyways, I will weigh in tomorrow. Just had my eyes dialated and trying to get my essays done. :-P You will be destroyed. Period.

It doesn't count if you're holding onto a pull-up bar over the scale, Lissa.
