Lissa=139.8
I gained a pound over the last 2 days, but I know it is just water (I feel cranky and crave chocolate too!). Probably by Monday I will start losing again.
Ben and Lissa are old high school friends who are having a competition they thought up on the spur of the moment to see which of them can lose 10 pounds the fastest. It's fun! Then winner gets to design an embarrassing T-shirt and the loser has to wear it in public.

Even after a night of drinking and pancake debauchery, I maintained my 163.6 from yesterday. Go me.
Ben - I ran five miles last night and then weighed 138.8 this morning (and that is even AFTER breakfast!).
Weighed in at 164.2 and this was after a night of drinking 4 beers and 2 shots! I did, however, run 4 miles this morning. Slowly but surely, I will reach my goal. No shortcuts, no instant solution. Just good ole' working to get to my goal. I mean, I could cut out the bar food and just eat hippie food all day, but where is the challenge!
Freak, it is cold out. I have started doing my 2-a-days but all I have really done is cut fat and gained weight haha. Running the 1.5 miles to finish it as fast as I can because it is cold is not as fun as it sounds. Before my run, I weighed in at 166.6. Oh well, if I am not 164.6 or lower tomorrow, I am going to wear my sauna suit so I can get down to 160 or so before next wednesday!!!! I hear Lissa is going to weigh herself again on the 15th. I must beat her by weighing in on the 13/14th. Anyways, off to run in this freezing temperature....isn't it supposed to be SPring?
So, after working out like *crazy* for a 11 days and refraining entirely from pigging out, cutting alcohol consumption to Friday/Saturday only... I have gained a pound. And I am talking about working out for 2+ hours spread over the day (like 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minute bike ride at lunch, 30 minute walk with my dogs after work, 60 minutes of tae-bo or step aerobics after that, then sometimes 20 - 30 minutes of weight training after that). I am up to 141 this morning. Only explanation is some kind of gypsy curse. Except mine is "fatter" instead of "thinner." Feel like throwing the scale out the window, eating a pack of double-stufs, and smoking a pack of cigs. If I am still hovering around 140 (or higher) when April comes, I am going to do *exactly* that.
